Terms of rental (Furniture and other items)
The Terms of Rental directly relates to the AFRICAN ADVANCED MANUFACTURING SHOW
- Infrastructure Build-up: Monday 5th November and Tuesday 6th November 2018
- Exhibitors prepare Stands: Tuesday 6th November 2018
- Event: Wednesday 7th November 2018 and Thursday 8th November
- Event Breakdown: Thursday 8th November after 17:00 and Friday 9th November 2018.
All furniture that has been booked includes the full duration of the show (2 day hire) and will be delivered to the relevant Stand on Tuesday 6th November (between 08h00 and 10h00)
Cost of rental orders will increase by 10% on 22 October 2018 (late rentals)
Online bookings of furniture will close at 12h00 midday on Monday 29 October
Any orders placed onsite (at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium) on the 5th or 6th will accrue an onsite fee of R 650 (per exhibitor) If such orders / amendments are received by 12h00, they will be on-site and positioned by 16h00 on same day.
Any order / amendment requirements after 12:00 will only be on-site by 09:00 the following morning.
On site orders:
Our Service Provider will have a service point / desk with credit card machine. ALL orders (i.e. ALL) are based upon cash or credit card.
HIRER is responsible for the full replacement or repair costs arising from any damage or loss, regardless of how such may occur – from the time of placement on stand to the time that it is picked up from the stand.
All Space-only exhibitors or their contractor MUST order as a minimum a 30 amp electrical distribution board in order to ensure a power supply to your stand.
The space only option is not packaged with an electrical point. The shell scheme option (3mx3m or 6mx3m booth) is packaged with a 15amp plug point per booth.
All electrical requirements (for space only exhibitors) and any electrical requirements greater than the standard 15amp plug point (for exhibitors that have opted for a shell scheme option) must be ordered online in the audio-visual catalogue at www.africanadvancedmanufacturingshow.co.za
This cost is for the exhibitor or contractor's account and MUST be paid for in advance.
If you are requesting any additional carpeting, this must be ordered and structured with your allocated stand builder.
All drawings for custom built stands needs to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by NO later than the 22 October 2018 for final approval with the Safety and Security Officer.
Please also advise us if you are intending bringing any motorised operated displays that utilise petrol or diesel onto the show, as there are specific regulations pertaining to this.
An electrical certificate and structural engineers certificate needs to be produced upon completion of the custom built stand
Build up for Custom built Stands is the Monday 5th November and Tuesday 6th November 2018 only.
All stands need to be removed by 5pm on Friday 9 November 2018.
